We keep seeing the message CPU busy and haven't been able to process any tasks for the past week.
Help please.
Either on the website under account, preferences, computing, advanced settings change the processor usage settings to NO not suspend the computer when it's in use. There are several things to click no instead of yes to and then the pc should start crunching. Be sure to go to the bottom of the page and save your changes. If you prefer it can also be done thru the Boinc Manager down by the clock in Windows computers, but since yours are hidden I don't know which OS you have. Double click to open it, then click on options, computing preferences and change the 'when to suspend' settings so none of them are checked or have anything in the boxes. Be sure to click save when you are done. The difference is that if you do it thru the website every pc you have will adopt the new settings, whereas if you do it thru the Boinc Manager only that one pc will be changed.
